Tuition & Pricing Agreement
Tuition is billed as a flat monthly rate regardless of the number of class sessions in a given month. Some months may have 3 weeks of classes and others may have 4 — the monthly rate remains the same either way. This is because tuition is calculated on a per-semester basis and divided evenly across 5 months for consistent, predictable billing.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. There is no registration fee or semester commitment required.
Supply Fees:
A $15/month supply fee applies if your student will be using the studio's acrylic or oil paints.
Each student receives one 8x10 canvas per class session at no additional cost. If a larger canvas is desired, the student is responsible for providing it.
Attendance & Makeup Policy:
Missed classes may be made up within the same month, subject to availability.
No refunds are issued for classes missed by the student.
If AP Studio cancels a class, the student will receive a $35 credit applied toward the following month's tuition, or a refund of $35 if preferred.
